Outstanding Annual Report Award – 2010

IDEA is one of the recipient of the ‘Outstanding Annual Report Awards-2010”, a national level competition, under the small category NGOs. Recognizing the significance of quality Annual Reports for ensuring credibility of Voluntary Sector Organizations, ‘CSO Partners’ have instituted the ‘ Outstanding Annual Report Awards 2010’ in association with Financial Management Service Foundation (FMSF), Credibility Alliance (CA) and Spatial Access Advertising Consultancy (SAAC). The Award ceremony was held on March 6, 2010 at New Delhi.
There were 240 applications for this Award from all over India.

Criteria: -  The Annual Reports were judged on the basis of the following three  broad criteria :-

Financial reporting- Audited financial information of the organization presented through a full set of statements: and summarized in annual reports, representing a clear state of affairs.

Transparency – Reporting on practices of the organization that display accountability and credibility.

Effectiveness of communication- Annual reports that communicate the impact of the organization as well as engage their donors: and are interesting to read.

IDEA received a trophy and Rs. 1 lakh as prize money. The Award ceremony was held on 6th March 2010 at Habitat Centre at New Delhi. Mr. Amarjeet Chopra – president, Indian association for charted accountants was the chief Guest on the occasion.

Dhyas Social Excellence Award-2011

IDEA received ' Dhyas Social Excellence Award 2011 ' on 20^th Nov 2011. This is a state level Award instituted by ' Excellence Group of companies. Dhyas’ is the CSR (Corporate social Responsibility) wing of the Excellence Group which takes care of various social development initiatives. The Award consists of a Citation, certificate, cash prize & support for programs & activities for the NGO , from the group.

IDEA  is an accredited member of Credibility Alliance . The accreditation is valid from 31-08-2010   to  30-08-2015
